We love the extra "jewelry" from the inclusion of a cast keeper and the buckle is lovely and has a design element of "etching" for an added textural element. Backed with a light brown suede and sewn. Regarding sizing: each belt has 5 holes spaced 1" apart, the sizing below is the measurement to the middle hole (allowing for 2" adjustment on either side)
